I'm a UNIX sysadmin, based in the south of England.  I live with my girlfriend (H) and three children (one of mine, two of hers).  We are in a relationship with a third man (D), who lives in London.

I'm pretty new to Poly relationships, but have been familiar with the ideology / philosophy for some time
